01 General Terms & Conditions

• Multiple accounts linked to the same device, IP address, or household members may be closed.
• An active mobile number and valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify kr999 Support immediately.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Kr999 has specific rules governing financial transactions. All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed after verification.

• Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Transactions must be made from a payment account registered under the same name.
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may be placed on hold.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.

06 Responsible Gaming

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Kr999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any of the reasons listed below. The right to appeal such decisions is limited.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded provided no irregularities are found. Balances may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.

10 Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a financial dispute, keep screenshots and records of all transactions.
